सर्दी और बुखार में तुलसी काफी कारगर होती है। तुलसी की कुछ पत्तियों को पीस लें और दही में मिला लें। इसे रोजाना सुबह खाली पेट तीन महीने तक खाने से लाभ होगा। इसमें एक-दो चम्मच शहद भी मिलाकर खाया जा सकता है। छोटे बच्चों को आधा ग्राम तुलसी की चटनी शहद में मिलाकर दें। इसे दूध के साथ नहीं खाना चाहिए।
