अपने पार्टनर, दोस्त या मां-पिता के सामने भावनात्मक बहाने बनाकर आप निकल ले सकते हैं। लेकिन आने वाले दिनों में बॉस के सामने बहानेबाजी नहीं चलने वाली है। बॉस के कमरे में ऐसी छोटी-सी मशीन लगी होगी जो भावनाओं की भी स्कैनिंग करने में माहिर है।
यह मशीन मैसाचुसेट्स इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ टेक्नोलॉजी के वैज्ञानिकों ने बनाई है। वहां की कंप्यूटर साइंस एंड आर्टिफीशियल प्रयोगशाला की कंप्यूटर साइंटिस्ट दीना कताबी के नेतृत्व वाली टीम ने इस मशीन पर किए प्रयोग को लेकर जानकारी ऑनलाइन पोस्ट की है। कताबी अगले महीने न्यूयार्क में होने वाले मोबाइल-कंप्यूटिंग सम्मेलन में इसे विस्तार से बताएंगी।
कैसे करेगा काम
इसमें वायरलेस सिग्नल लगे हैं जो पारंपरिक वाइ-फाइ से भी कम शक्ति वाले हैं। इसे अलग से किसी के शरीर से जोडऩे की जरूरत नहीं होगी। बल्कि यह अपने रेंज में रहने वाले व्यक्ति की हार्ट बीट, सांसों की गति वगैरह पर नजर रखेगी। डॉ. कताबी का दावा है कि इनमें होने वाले बदलावों की मिली सेकेंड नाप-तौल भी यह मशीन कर सकती है। टीम की सदस्य मिंगमिन झाओ के मुताबिक, विभिन्न तरह की भावनाएं प्रकट करते समय हृदय की गति में होने वाले परिवर्तन को लेकर इस मशीन के पास डाटा हैं। इससे कम-ज्यादा होने पर यह मशीन उसे अलग से बताती है।

क्या-क्या उपयोग
आम दफ्तरों के अलावा यह मशीन हृदय गति में होने वाले उतार-चढ़ाव पर निगाह रखने के खयाल से डॉक्टरों के लिए भी काफी उपयोगी हो सकती है। डीप्रेशन और एन्क्जाइटी के मरीजों पर भी इसके जरिये निगाह रखी जा सकती है। टीम के एक अन्य सदस्य फिदेल अदीब का तो कहना है कि रिलीज किए जाने से पहले फिल्म स्क्रीनिंग कर यह देखने में भी यह मशीन सहायक हो सकती है कि उनके सीन की दर्शकों पर क्या प्रतिक्रिया हो रही है। इससे फिल्म में रिलीज से पहले सुधार करने में सुविधा होगी।

ईश्वर एक सोच और धर्म एक व्यवस्था

ईश्वर का कोई साकार रूप नहीं है। मुझे नहीं लगता है कि किसी ने उसको देखा होगा। अलबत्ता, उसका अहसास ज्यादातर लोगों ने किया होगा। क्योंकि, वह व्यक्ति के मानसिक तंत्र को कंट्रोल करने वाला सिस्टम है। एक सोच है। यही वजह है कि साइंस उसको नहीं मानता, क्योंकि साइंस सोच को परिभाषित नहीं कर सकता। आप जरा दिमाग पर जोर डालिए। हमारे दिमाग को जब ईश्वर की मौजूदगी का अहसास होता है तो हमें एक सार्थक ऊर्जा मिलती है। उसकी आस्था हमें इस बात का विश्वास दिलाती है कि हम अपने मिशन में फतेह होंगे। उसके द्वारा दंड देने का डर हमें बुरा करने से रोकता है। यही सोच तो ईश्वर है। हां, धर्म और समाज के ठेकेदारों ने उसे अपनी सुविधा के अनुसार परिभाषित कर जटिल जरूर बना दिया है।

जिस तरह मानसिक तंत्र को कंट्रोल करने वाला सिस्टम, सोच ईश्वर कहलाता है, ठीक उसी तरह सामाजिक व्यवस्था को कंट्रोल करने वाला सिस्टम धर्म कहलाता है। मेरा मानना है कि धर्म की स्थापना इसी उद्देश्य के साथ की गई होगी, मगर जिस तरह समाज के ठेकेदारों ने ईश्वर का उपयोग किया ठीक उसी तरह से धर्म का भी। उन्होंने उसे अपनी सुविधानुसार परिभाषित किया। धर्म किसी को किसी का विरोधी नहीं बनाता। वह इंसान को इंसान के और इंसान को प्रकृति के खिलाफ नहीं करता। हां, इतना हो सकता है कि इतनी भीड़ में वह आपको पहचान देता हो, मगर इसका अभिप्राय अच्छे-बुरे से बिलकुल नहीं हो सकता। मजहब नहीं सिखाता आपस में बैर रखना, मगर मजहब के ठेकेदारों का क्या?

There is no true form of God. I don't think anyone would have seen that. However, most people would have realized it. Because, it is the system controlling the mental system of the person. Is a thought. This is the reason that science does not believe it, because science cannot define thinking. Insist on your mind. When our mind feels the presence of God, we get a meaningful energy. His faith gives us the confidence that we will be in our mission. The fear of punishing him prevents us from doing evil. This thinking is God. Yes, the contractors of religion and society have made it complex by defining it according to their convenience.
Just as the system controlling the mental system is called thinking God, similarly the system controlling the social system is called religion. I believe that religion should have been established with this purpose, but just as the contractors of the society used God, in the same way, religion too. He defined it at his convenience. Religion does not make anyone hostile to anyone. He does not do man against man and man against nature. Yes, it is possible that he recognizes you in such a crowd, but it can not mean good or bad at all. Religion does not teach hatred among themselves, but what about the contractors of the religion?

दुनिया का पहला इको फ्रेंडली मंदिर ब्रिटेन में

लंदन, प्रेट्र : उत्तर पश्चिम लंदन में दुनिया का पहला इको फ्रेंडली मंदिर बनाया गया है। इस हिदू मंदिर में सौर पैनल और रेन वाटर हार्वेस्टिंग जैसी व्यवस्थ्ााएं की गई हैं।
किंग्सबरी में बने स्वामीनारायण्ा मंदिर में भारतीय वास्तुकला और आधुनिक पर्यावरण्ा संवेदी तकनीक का प्रयोग किया गया है। मंदिर की छत पर सौर पैनल के साथ्ा वर्ष्ाा जल संचयन की व्यवस्थ्ाा भी है। इसे दुनिया का पहला इको फ्रेंडली मंदिर माना जा रहा है। मंदिर को मंगलवार को लोगों के लिए खोल दिया गया। इस अवसर पर मंदिर के वैश्विक धार्मिक प्रमुख आचार्य स्वामीश्री महाराज उपस्थ्ाित रहे। इससे पहले भारत और स्कॉटलैंड के 150 से ज्यादा वादकों ने श्ाांति मार्च निकाला। भारत, ब्रिटेन, अमेरिका, पूर्वी अफ्रीका, यूरोप और ऑस्ट्रेलिया के प्रतिभागियों ने नृत्य, संगीत और कला का अनूठा उदाहरण्ा पेश्ा किया। लंदन के मेयर बोरिस जॉनसन ने इस नए मंदिर को विलक्षण्ा और प्रभावश्ााली बताया।
