कॅरिअर को प्रभावित करता है जीवनसाथी का व्यक्तित्व

(प्रे)। आपके वेतन में बढ़ोतरी, तरक्की और कॅरिअर की दूसरी कामयाबियों में आपका जीवन साथी महत्वपूणर््ा भूमिका निभा सकता है। यह तथ्य एक नए शोध में सामने आया है।
 वाश्ािंगटन यूनिवर्सिटी के असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर जोश्ाुआ जैक्सन के मुताबिक हमारा शोध यह दर्श्ााता है कि आपकी  व्यावसायिक कामयाबी में केवल आपके व्यक्त्ाित्व का प्रभाव ही नहीं पड़ता बल्कि आपके जीवनसाथी का व्यक्तित्व भी मायने रखता है। उनका कहना है कि इस तरह के अनुभव एकांकी नहीं है, जब आपका जीवनसाथी तरक्की या वेतन में बढ़ोतरी के लिए आपसे खतरा उठाने को कहता है। जैक्सन के मुताबिक इसके बजाय जीवनसाथी के व्यक्तित्व की छोटी-छोटी चीजें एक साथ इकट्ठा होकर आपको ऐसे काम करने के लिए प्रेरित करती हैं, जिससे आपको तरक्की मिले।
ऐसे किया गया शोध
यह शोध 19 से 89 वर्ष की उम्र के लगभग 5000 विवाहित लोगों पर पांच साल तक किया गया। इसमें नमूने के तौर पर श्ाामिल किए 75 फीसद लोगों के जीवनसाथी वर्किंग थे। शोधकर्ताओं ने उनका पांच कारकों के आधार पर मनोवैज्ञानिक टेस्ट किया, इसमें खुलापन, बहिर्मुखता, समप्रियता और कर्त्तव्यनिष्ठा आदि गुण्ा श्ाामिल थे। इन गुण्ाों का प्रभाव देखने के लिए उनके जीवनसाथी के कार्यस्थल पर कुछ बिंदुओं (काम में संतुष्टि, वेतन में वृद्धि और तरक्की) के आधार पर उनकी सालाना रिपोर्ट देखी गई। शोध के नतीजों में पाया गया कि जिन लोगों को इन बिंदुओं के आधार पर कामयाबी मिली, उनके जीवनसाथी के क त्तव्यनिष्ठा में सबसे ज्यादा अंक थे, और यह स्त्रियों और पुरुषों दोनों के लिए सही पाया गया।

Research done like this

The research was carried out for about 5000 married people between the ages of 19 and 89 for five years. 75% of the people included in this sample were working partners. To see the impact of these qualities, their annual reports were viewed based on certain points (satisfaction in work, increase in salary and promotion) at their spouse's workplace.
